Book My TestEvery 12 Months — No Exceptions
The City of Phoenix requires each backflow prevention assembly to be tested at least once every 12 months. The clock runs from your last test date, and the report must reach the city within 10 days of the new test.
When should you schedule?
- Spring (March–May) — the most popular window: irrigation systems wake up, and it's before the summer heat.
- When the city letter arrives — compliance notices usually give you 30 days. Book immediately; slots fill up.
- 11 months after your last test — beat the deadline instead of chasing it.
